Engineering Manager

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking an Engineering Manager.

As the Engineering Manager for the LIPE Queretaro Eaton plant, you will lead a team of 10 direct reports and 22 indirect reports to coordinate and execute product line support for Eaton’s rapidly growing LIPE Product Line.
The role requires a combination of technical, communication, and collaboration skills. You will be organizing engineering team activities in alignment with the product line and plant goals; you will represent the engineering team in plant-level decisions; you will be communicating with leaders at all levels of the organization on high-profile product line support and NPD activities; and you will collaborate with a distributed, cross-functional team in order to identify constraints, align expectations, and drive business success.
