Position Overview: Accor is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and technical operations of its hotel property in Dubai. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and optimal performance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, life safety, and preventative maintenance. You will supervise the engineering team and oversee projects to maintain a world‑class hospitality standard in compliance with Accor's operational procedures.
