Engineering Manager – Physics and Safety

Job Description Overview

The Engineering Manager works closely with the Director of Engineering Services, Project Managers and Project Directors, Engineering Excellence Management, Engineering Managers from other mandates, and external clients and stakeholders to ensure the safe, high-quality, and well-coordinated delivery of engineering services. They will manage a team of approximately 15 people and lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of engineers and analysts in the Safety and Physics discipline, supporting engineering services. Be accountable for the technical delivery and overall quality of assigned engineering scopes, providing technical direction and oversight to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements, client expectations, applicable nuclear codes and standards, and the company quality assurance program. Ensure engineering activities are planned and executed in accordance with approved QA programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
