- Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, design standards, and project execution methodologies to achieve zero‑defect delivery, cost optimization, and technical compliance.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of customized UPS projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, profitability, and effective management of project changes.
