Engineering Manager - PCBa Industry

**Objective**-
- Work within the parameters of the QM System to help the company achieve both general and specific quality efforts, as well as overall growth objectives.
- Supervise the areas of Industrial and/or Process Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Technical Engineering, optimizing company and customer processes and complex systems to minimize waste.
- Manage communication and coordination among different types of engineers, liaise with Engineering Management, and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.**Duties and Responsibilities**
