Engineering Manager - Oil & Gas Project Delivery

Wood is recruiting an Engineering Manager based in Sharjah, UAE. The role leads by example, focusing on safety, ethics and reliable operations to satisfy clients. You will manage a multidiscipline engineering team, set standards, and coordinate engineering resources for contracted activities.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in major Brownfield oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a similar position, and a strong process engineering background. GCC experience is preferred.
