Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead some of our product development teams, responsible for the day‑to‑day people leadership, delivery, and technical execution of complex, business‑critical software. This role will focus on building high‑performing teams, delivering reliable outcomes, and ensuring engineering excellence within a regulated, data‑intensive product environment. You and your team will be key service owners for elements of the Product architecture, accountable for balancing feature development with architectural and operational improvements. You will mentor development and quality engineers, partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Operations, and translate roadmap priorities into predictable, high‑quality delivery.
