Engineering Manager (Medellín)

This role sits within our Retail Energy Division and reports to the division GM. English fluency is required.

Position Impact

CarbonBetter’s retail energy division serves electricity and natural gas to homes and small businesses in Ohio, Michigan, and California, USA. In this role, you'll lead our internal tools engineering team in developing and modernizing the critical systems that power our operations, including EDI integrations and billing systems for sales and customer support platforms. As our Engineering Manager, you'll shape how technology enables every aspect of our business.
