Engineering Manager
Factorial is building an AI‑powered Business Management platform that must ship things that actually matter. We need an Engineering Manager who leads hands‑on teams, drives AI‑native product development, and stays close to the work.
Responsibilities
- Start with a buddy to learn the codebase.
- Learn the business, the full customer journey, and work with the team to draft a roadmap.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss priorities and bring new ideas.
- Review RFCs the team produces, give feedback, and mandate the best execution path.
- Hire as the team grows, ensuring we bring talented and good‑hearted people.
- Continuously improve how the team works.
- Run weekly 1:1 meetings focused on development and well‑being of each team member.
