In this role you will lead and grow a multi-disciplinary iOS engineering team within Glovo, guiding delivery of high-impact features for a fast-moving, global platform. You’ll partner with the product manager to set priorities, ensure quality, and shield the team from distractions while maintaining momentum. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on scalable, maintainable architecture and nurturing engineers toward their goals. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven culture that values diversity and real-world impact.
