Engineering Manager II: DevX, Performance & Release

Datadog is seeking a senior engineering leader to direct three teams: Developer Experience, Performance, and Release, shaping the vision for productivity at scale. You will mentor managers, drive roadmaps, and establish standards for high‑reliability systems.

You will own the release experience and scale fault‑tolerant CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with product, infrastructure, and internal CI teams, and enable faster, safer software delivery across the organization.
