We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more teams building scalable data and AI-driven platforms in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain.
You will blend technical leadership, delivery ownership, and people management , with a focus on building resilient, cloud-native systems and driving innovation through AI and automation.
You bring 8+ years of experience in distributed systems, data engineering, and modern software delivery , along with experience building and mentoring teams.
