Engineering Manager - Hive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team delivering email, SMS, ad and CRM automation features.
• Define and evolve the product’s technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into clear engineering roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct post‑mortems, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading teams in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
