Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Technical Analysts, and IT Business Analysts across multi‑squad, regulatory, or other cross‑cutting initiatives, driving technical strategy and road‑maps, reviewing system designs, and conducting code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security.
• Maintain strong technical expertise and perform hands‑on work when required to deliver and meet requirements.
• Set team priorities, manage project timelines, remove blockers, and coordinate with product managers to deliver on important metrics, objectives, and key results.
