Manufacturing company located in Ciudad Juarez, is searching for a **Global Engineering Manager**. The incumbent is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the engineering and mechanical support departments, standardize manufacturing processes and enforce a continuous improvement philosophy. Define the strategic plan, execute and tracks internal KPIs. Global responsibility to coordinate production transfers between facilities, preventive maintenance program, Interaction with R&D/Product Management, reliable process change system, coordinate process validation, standardized and up to date work instructions for all manufacturing processes and equipment.
