As an Engineering Manager for the Application Enablement team, you will lead experienced engineers building shared infrastructure underlying Perk's web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will manage a team that spans multiple platforms, partner with staff engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact foundational work across synthetic monitoring, SDLC acceleration, and contextual notifications.

Your role focuses on shaping technical direction, balancing immediate delivery with long‑term sustainability, and leading people and technology to ship faster and with greater confidence.
