Engineering Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Minimum Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
• GCC Factories (Mechanical) - Essential .
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' engineering experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Engineering or Maintenance Management .
• Experience in a GMR 2.1 appointment is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, utilities, project execution, and engineering compliance.
• Experience managing large operational and capital budgets.
