As an Engineering Manager for the Perk Events team, you will lead a distributed group of experienced engineers responsible for building and evolving the core group booking and events platform within Perk. You will manage a team located in the Barcelona hub and partner closely with the squad lead, product, and design to deliver complex, high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑moving environment. The team is currently executing on several urgent strategic bets—including an AI‑powered event planner—requiring strong technical leadership, thoughtful prioritization, and the ability to help teams execute effectively while maintaining engineering quality.
