Engineering Manager - Embedded Finance & Lending Platform Lead

GoTymeX is seeking an Engineering Manager for the South Africa MCA team. You will lead multiple engineering squads, drive delivery, and uphold engineering quality across lending and embedded finance platforms, partnering with Product and MCA leadership.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a strong engineering culture, scalable systems, and incident readiness, while ensuring alignment with MCA and TymeX strategy.
