Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of engineers across a blended FTE/contractor model
- Own delivery outcomes for your team’s product area and partner with Product leadership
- Shape and execute the technical roadmap including infrastructure modernization
- Maintain operational excellence, system reliability, and data integrity
- Own the hiring loop including sourcing, interview calibration, and closing talent
- Contribute to technical leadership through ADRs, design reviews, and code reviews
- Drive healthy engineering practices such as testing discipline, CI/CD, and incident response
- Enable the team to adopt AI-assisted development tooling effectively
- Communicate roadmaps, status, risks, and decisions clearly in writing
