About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale cloud-native products. You’ll manage high-performing Agile engineering teams while remaining hands‑on with architecture and technical leadership. This role requires someone who can balance engineering excellence, people leadership, and successful project delivery across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Agile Scrum engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale products
- Own the architecture design and delivery of cloud-native microservices
- Drive end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and budget expectations are met
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Release teams
- Define technical roadmaps and make key architectural decisions
- Promote engineering best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, and automation
