Responsibilities
- Oversee development and enhancement of XLSTAT and DTS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of new and enhanced products.
- Innovate current frameworks, technical standards, coding, and software practices.
- Design, document, and lead end-to-end architecture of new initiatives.
- Mentor, guide, and coach Software Engineers and QA Analysts within two Agile teams.
- Lead development and lifetime maintenance of software products.
