Engineering Manager: Cloud-Native & Microservices

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in Dubai to lead design, development, and delivery of large-scale cloud-native products. You will guide multiple Agile teams, own architecture decisions, and drive end-to-end delivery across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate has extensive Java/J2EE experience with Node.js or Go and strong REST/DDD knowledge, plus cloud experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP) and CI/CD practices.
