Engineering Manager (Backplanes) (Mexicali)

Position

Engineering Manager – Process Engineering team for the Backplanes Business Group and accountable for implementing world‑class process control mindset and standards supporting the site and business units' success.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for Process Engineering department, in a 7‑day 24‑hour per week operation
• Liaison with corporate Engineering to ensure Group strategic initiatives are deployed in our Plant in a timely and effective manner
• Ensures safety elements are deployed into manufacturing processes including JSA, Ergonomic Assessment, Equipment Risk Assessment
• Manufacturing documents deployment and controls, such as work instructions, process deviations
• Coordinate and deploy engineering change management effectively
• Exercise diligent Management of Change on new process and equipment introduction (including layout and plant footprint changes due to manufacturing process needs)
