Engineering Manager (Backplanes) (Mexicali)

Position
Engineering Manager – Process Engineering team for the Backplanes Business Group and accountable for implementing world‐class process control mindset and standards supporting the site and business units' success.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for Process Engineering department, in a 7‐day 24‐hour per week operation
Liaison with corporate Engineering to ensure Group strategic initiatives are deployed in our Plant in a timely and effective manner
Ensures safety elements are deployed into manufacturing processes including JSA, Ergonomic Assessment, Equipment Risk Assessment
Manufacturing documents deployment and controls, such as work instructions, process deviations
Coordinate and deploy engineering change management effectively
Exercise diligent Management of Change on new process and equipment introduction (including layout and plant footprint changes due to manufacturing process needs)
