Team & Context

Pennylane’s tech team is made up of more than 35 squads. Each squad is led by an Engineering Manager working with a Product Manager and a Product Designer, and consists of 5‑8 developers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack). The company is remote‑first, but the headquarters are in Paris and the team meets in Paris a few days every two months.
