Engineering Manager - AI Security Platform

Snyk is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10 Software Engineers in Lisbon. In this role, you will co-develop the team roadmap, ensure effective onboarding, and coach team members to excel in their performance.

As part of your responsibilities, you will help your team maintain quality while improving delivery speed, manage on-call processes, and apply Product Led Growth practices to enhance the platform.
