Engineering & Maintenance Leader - Site Capex & Reliability

Quaker Houghton is looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead operations at our Monterrey site. You will oversee critical capital projects while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and a proven track record in managing projects and teams. You will be responsible for a 9-member team and help enhance operational efficiency through a preventive maintenance culture.
