Position Title: Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Works under the general direction & supervision of the Division Head and is the overall responsible for maintaining a pool of skilled software engineers that will be deployed to project during execution.
With the Section heads, he manages the pool of resources focusing on the capacity planning, up-skilling, cross-skilling and onboarding (regular or contractor) developers based on project skill requirements.
He initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG departments and divisions.
Role Exposure
- Collaborates with Business Relationship Account Management and Capability Solutions Department to understand the developer resources requirements of the projects in the pipeline
- Analyze and maintain a capacity plan
