My client is an innovator in the sustainable packaging space with customers across the globe. They are seeking a talented Engineering Lead to drive the optimisation of their current manufacturing facility and the expansion of their manufacturing footprint globally. This is a key position in their leadership team

About you:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related discipline

Demonstrable, successful experience of at least 7 years post graduation in a related technical facilities engineering role, most likely including leadership experience

A can do attitude that matches the we all pitch in culture of the company

The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
