Engineering Intern

Overview

Walter P Moore is seeking engineering interns and co-op students to join our Structural Engineering team in Toronto. This role is intended for students who have recently completed or are currently completing an undergraduate degree and are seeking hands-on, practical experience on real structural engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• As part of a project team, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the analysis, modeling, and design of architectural structures across a wide range of building types, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, sports, and public assembly facilities.
• Assist with structural analysis, design calculations, and construction document creation under the guidance of professional engineers.
• Develop and review structural models and drawings using industry software (e.g., Revit and structural analysis tools) as well as internally developed digital and AI-driven tools. ...
