Engineering Intern

DAY

• Assembles or installs equipment or parts requiring simple procedures.
• May gather and maintain specified records of engineering data such as tests or drawings, performs computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas, plots data and draws simple curves and graphs.
• May prepare test specimens and operate general equipment of little complexity.
• Work follows established guidelines and precedents and guidance is obtained from engineers or supervisor regarding problems.
• Working overtime may be required for this position.
• Performs other duties and tasks as required.

• Not to exceed 50 lbs lifting (local practice may apply).
• Writing, sitting, standing, bending, visual acuity, color perception, depth perception, reading, field of vision/peripheral, fine motor skills.
