Your Role
As an Industrial Engineer on our team, you will provide manufacturing systems for the production processes of the DCS MEXICO plants.
Responsibilities
Provide and promote a Safe Work Environment.
Develop manufacturing systems for new products that meet Quality, Safety, and Customer-Required Capability, demonstrated and documented through CPK, R&R, that meet Takt Time at the Lowest Possible Cost.
Coordinate the Preparation of MSD.
Design PLANT LAYOUT.
Design Engineering Operating System.
Time and Motion.
Kaizen.
Ergonomics.
Design Operating Methods and Visual Aids.
Design Packaging Methods.
Enter Information into Systems (SAP).
Coordinate MQ1 Functionality Validation.
Start up and Implement Manufacturing Systems that comply with the Guidelines Established in BOP, DFM, MSD, Safety, and Ergonomics (Equipment and Tools).
Meet the Established PPAP Dates.
