2. Key Responsibilities

A. Plant Maintenance & Reliability

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for all engineering disciplines.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of Bromine extraction towers, reaction systems, brine handling, utility boilers, compressors, pumps, HVAC, electrical distribution systems and instrumentation loops.
• Implement condition monitoring, RCA, reliability engineering, and asset management best practices.
• Maintain optimum spares inventory, AMC management, and vendor coordination.

B. Project Engineering & Capex

• Plan and execute plant engineering projects, expansions, modifications, and debottlenecking initiatives.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, tendering, technical bid analysis, and contractor management.
• Ensure timely completion of civil and structural projects (buildings, foundations, roads, tank...
