Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the siteManage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliabilityLead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and FacilitiesManage external vendors, including site security and service providersParticipate in investment planning and CapEx strategyLead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI'sChampion a strong safety culture and safe working environmentWhat Are We Looking For?
