Engineering Director, Global Capital and Process Standards

Position Overview

As the Capital Equipment & Process Standards Director, you are a leader on the Global Engineering team, reporting to the Vice President of Global Engineering. You will contribute to the success of Ball by establishing industry‑leading practices across Ball’s manufacturing facilities. In this role you will create and deploy standards for the operation of can‑making equipment, the parts and materials used in can making, as well as processes used to plan and execute capital projects. As the strategic leader of this group, you will drive the vision of leveraging scale across Ball’s global footprint in pursuit of operational excellence.
