Engineering Director

What you’ll do

• Build and lead a top‑talented engineering hub in Buenos Aires that delivers scalable, secure, and reliable software for our products portfolio.
• Create scalable, reliable, and high‑performing software solutions that multiply clients’ results and drive business growth.
• Build and ship LLM‑driven product features (RAG, document Q&A, intelligent workflows) that drive user growth and revenue.
• Take a hands‑on role, both at the architecture and code level, in advancing our technical goals while stewarding the local engineering team.
