Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the engineering team, promoting performance, collaboration, and professional development.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of activities, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources and compliance with deadlines, budget.
- Monitor indicators, team capacity, quality of deliveries and risks, implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Manage staff administrative processes, including travel, attendance, travel and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the alignment of team activities to the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.
