About the Role
You will work as a Engineering Manager where you will be responsible for ensure the management and maintenance of all facilities (electricity, sanitation) in each area of the Mall which is his responsibility so as to support the smooth running of operational activities and increase customer comfort.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that engineering management related to the Property Mall runs in accordance with applicable company procedures, so that service standards can be maintained properly.
- Schedule visits to the mall according to the area and carry out evaluations to ensure that all mall engineering conditions are running well.
- Analyze operational problems so that the root cause can be found and standard solutions can be created so that they do not happen again in the future.
