Engineering Co-op Program Specialist

Position Summary

This position exists to provide program-specific support to the Engineering Co‑op Department. Under the direction of the Team Lead, this position will handle the coordination of the daily activities of the front‑line team. It is the primary coordinator for the Co‑op interview scheduling process and the contact for activities within Alfresco and training new users. The Program Specialist will be part of a team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and developing the processes for the Engineering Co‑op program within the campusBRIDGE platform and will be the contact for any IT‑related matters in the Student Services, Co‑op and Career Connections office.

Location – This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in‑person at North Campus, Edmonton. Work Arrangement – It is expected that the position will be in person for the duration of the probationary period, with an option to be hybrid after the probationary period.
