Location: REMOTE (Must reside in Mexico or in a LATAM Region)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD = 410M-520M COP/year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development/ sales, ideally within engineering, industrial, construction, or technical product environments
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
Nice to have:
- Experience within the Geosynthetic/Geotextiles industry
