Engineering & Architectural Drafter (Colombia)

Empresa confidencial (HBDE), an architecture and engineering firm serving all 67 counties in Florida, is looking for a highly skilled and talented Engineering & Architectural Drafter to join our team.

About the role:

This position is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed drawings and technical documentation that translate engineering calculations and design intent into well-organized, code-compliant, and buildable plans. The drafter ensures seamless coordination between architectural plans and all engineering disciplines, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout every project phase.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings — plans, elevations, sections, and details — across structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Convert engineer markups, hand sketches, and redlines into precise digital drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software
