Key Responsibilities:
- Receive production planning from the Plant/Shift In-Charge at the start of the shift.
- Review the previous shift's QA report and take corrective action for any deviations.
- Inspect the cooling tower, water level, water pump, and pneumatic air compressor, including oil levels.
- Monitor process parameters continuously and coordinate with the Maintenance team in case of any abnormalities.
- Obtain the PSA report from QA after one hour of production and make process adjustments as per SOP requirements.
- Troubleshoot Jet Mill operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production during the shift.
Candidate Preference:
- Must have Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in process operations, equipment monitoring, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
