**Job Summary/Purpose**
This position acts in a lead capacity among peers within a department in a technical discipline, short of a supervisor, but with responsibilities of some level of coordination and/or review. This position works in conjunction with other engineering disciplines and is responsible for system functions such as developing design/ construction standards, ensuring quality of engineering deliverables, and participating in technical workforce development.
