Transmission / IP Network Engineer
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission and IP network equipment.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Monitor network performance and handle alarms, faults, and service issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Escalate and coordinate major incidents to ensure service restoration within SLA requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Support network upgrades and configuration changes when required.
Main Requirements
- Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
