Job DescriptionPURPOSE: Enterprise Field Operation Team plays a key role in supporting StarHub enterprise services and is responsible for link testing, installation, testing and maintaining equipment such as routers, switches, converters and telecommunications equipment for enterprise customers and corporate users based in Singapore.
MAJOR DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Installation & Commissioning:
- Support field activities both on-site & off-site, configuration, installation, equipment management, submission of site access requests, assignment of orders to engineers or vendors.
- Liase with stakeholders (PM, AM, Tier3, vendors, etc.) to support link testing & activation and ensure end-to-end connectivity.
- Configure routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, static routes) on routers as per network design.
