Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete daily log sheets of overall UPW system, prepare daily trending reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain operational and maintenance records for monthly submission to client.
- Extract and download data from online instrumentation and meters into the reporting system.
- Perform routine on-site calibration and verification of both portable and online measurement instruments.
- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) and Risk Assessment (RA) for maintenance activity.
- Perform onsite inspection and monitor plant operational performance and promptly response, troubleshoot out-of-spec conditions or system interruptions, ensuring minimal downtime and effective resolution.
- Coordinate and supervise sub-vendors carrying out preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure quality and compliance with scope.
