Job Description:
- Resolve all the technical or engineering issues related to that arise during the course of construction
- Direct daily overall works activities, answer questions about technical aspects and guide workers throughout the construction process
- Attend all necessary project meeting to ensure projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Evaluating tenders received for construction works
- Data collection (e.g Schedule, job progress, costing sheet etc) to correctly evaluate project performance
- Handle project documentation, material requisition, and cost control
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
- Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards
