Engineer / Senior Engineer -Maintenance

 Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of high-precision
CNC machines (SIEMENS 840D, HEIDENHAIN, FANUC, FAGOR), PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial
utilities including HT/LT switchgear, generators, and compressors. Holding a C-License is preferred and will be
an added advantage for ensuring electrical compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
 Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities on time to improve equipment reliability.
 Analyse and diagnose critical equipment failures and implement effective CAPA actions.
 Ensure maximum equipment uptime and availability to support production requirements.
 Monitor, control, and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
 Promote and sustain TPM culture across all plant equipment and processes.
