Engineer / Senior Engineer -Maintenance

Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of high-precision CNC machines (SIEMENS 840D, HEIDENHAIN, FANUC, FAGOR), PLC-controlled equipment, and industrial utilities including HT/LT switchgear, generators, and compressors. Holding a C-License is preferred and will be an added advantage for ensuring electrical compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities on time to improve equipment reliability. Analyse and diagnose critical equipment failures and implement effective CAPA actions. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and availability to support production requirements. Monitor, control, and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR. Promote and sustain TPM culture across all plant equipment and processes.
